From Japanese design house, Cosmo Textiles, comes this adorable line of Oxford cotton fabric. Oxford cotton fabric is a basket-weave fabric that is slightly thicker & heavier than cotton sheeting. This woven fabric is soft, breathable and durable and great for garment sewing, bag making, quilting and more.
