Our aromatherapy eye pillow is made from 100% bamboo and filled with 50% organic lavender and 50% organic flaxseed to add weight.
• COLD COMPRESS: Place the pillow in the freezer for 1-2 hours. It will help relieve headaches and/or eye strain. (Eye pillow should be placed in a plastic bag before freezing)
• WARM COMPRESS: Place the pillow in the microwave for 30 seconds. Ideal before sleep. DO NOT OVERHEAT.
• The scent of lavender will last for years in a pillow, just squeeze it from time to time. But if you want more scent simply apply a few drops of your favorite essential oil directly on the pillow insert.
Filled insert is removable for washing or converting to a sleep mask.
