Inspired by a mixed media piece made of lace and fabric, the In My Heart cross stitch design brings together traditional elements with non-traditional Valentine’s colors to give you a warm, antique look if you aren’t so much into the reds and pinks like I am. But have no fear, if you are all about the reds and pinks at this time of year, I’ve included an alternate color way of those colors.The model is stitched on 36 ct linen in Mocha by Weeks Dye Works usingstrand of DMC floss over two linen strands.Please note: the floss usage amount stated in the keyis based on using 2 strands on 14 ct/28 ct fabric.Finished Design Size: 52 x 9114 ct (over 1) or 28 ct (over 2) – 3.7 x 6.5 in.16 ct (over 1) or 32 ct (over 2) – 3.2 x 5.7 in.18 ct (over 1) or 36 ct (over 2) – 2.9 x 5.1 in.40 ct (over 2) – 2.6 x 4.5 in.
