This item is one new and unused colored HOOP-La Deluxe Luxite embroidery hoop and frame. The hoop has a twistable metallic bolt at the top that makes the tension more or less on your fabric. Hoop-La hoops feature a Super Grip Lip that always keeps your project securely in place. Use embroidery hoops to keep you stitching project taut and to avoiding puckering in your stitching.
