The 8 metre skeins of Mouliné Spécial sit beautifully in our vintage wooden chests. DMC has been manufacturing Mouliné stranded embroidery thread in our factory in Mulhouse since the 1800s. It is the benchmark for quality and is loved by artists, professional embroiderers and beginners alike.
The thread’s six strands separate easily. Add depth and fine details to your work by varying the number of strands you use. Made with highly fade resistant dyes so your needlework can be enjoyed for generations to come. We use the world’s finest long staple cotton and mercerise it twice to give your embroidery exceptional sheen. Colourfast dyes ensure your work can be washed without fear of the colour fading or bleeding.
